2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/h5>\n

These Terms and Conditions regulate the following activities provided by the Service Provider:<\/p>\n

    Custom Services:<\/b> Graphic Design, web design, branding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Digital Content:<\/b> Sale of online courses and downloadable materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    3. USE OF CUSTOM SERVICES (DESIGN)<\/h5>\n
      \n
    1. \n

      Requesting a Quote and Contract Formation<\/strong><\/p>\n

      After contacting the Service Provider via the website or email, a personalized quote will be provided. The contract is concluded upon written acceptance of the quote and, if specified in the offer, payment of the first installment (advance).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Cooperation Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Client is required to provide all information, textual content, and materials necessary to begin the work. The Service Provider\u2019s deadlines start upon the receipt of all required materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Revision Rounds<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The price includes the number of revision rounds specified in the offer (typically 2). \nAdditional revisions may incur an hourly or supplementary fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      4. DIGITAL CONTENT (ONLINE COURSES)<\/h5>\n

        Purchasing Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The Client places an order for a selected course by pressing the \u201ePayment\u201d button on the website. The contract is concluded upon payment of the purchase price.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Access<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The Service Provider grants access to the course platform immediately after payment, but no later than 24 hours. Access duration is specified in the product description (e.g., lifetime access or fixed period).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        5. PAYMENT TERMS<\/h5>\n

        Payments can be made via:<\/p>\n

        • \n

          Bank Transfer:<\/b> Based on the invoice issued by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Online Card Payment:<\/b> Through the secure Stripe system. The invoice is always issued electronically via Sz\u00e1ml\u00e1zz.hu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h5>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Custom Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

            The Client may withdraw from the contract before completion, but must reimburse the Service Provider for any costs incurred and a proportional fee for work already performed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Digital Content (Courses)<\/strong><\/p>\n

            By starting to access or download the course, the Client acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal without reason is lost, as the service constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (Government Decree 45\/2014 (II.26.), Section 29(1)m).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            7. COPYRIGHTS AND REFERENCES<\/h5>\n
              \n
            • \n

              The Usage rights<\/b> for delivered designs transfer to the Client after full payment of the agreed fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Source files (e.g., Figma, Illustrator) are only provided under a separate agreement and additional fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Reference Use and Confidentiality<\/b><\/p>\n

                \n
              • \n

                All standard quotes include the Service Provider\u2019s right to feature completed work in their portfolio, website, and social media.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                If the Client requests confidentiality<\/b> in writing, the Service Provider may charge a 30% confidentiality fee<\/b> based on the project value.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                The Client must declare any reference restriction before the project starts (upon accepting the quote).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h5>\n

                The Service Provider is not responsible for the legality of data (text, photos) provided by the Client. The Service Provider is not liable for website downtime or security issues caused by third parties (e.g., hosting failure, plugin updates).<\/p>\n

                9. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h5>\n

                The parties shall strive for amicable resolution. If this fails, the Client may turn to the Conciliation Board corresponding to their residence:<\/p>\n
